Delete your Unloop account

You can permanently delete your Unloop account and all of its data.

From the app

1. Open Unloop.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email nakshatrachandna7@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, asking for deletion. We will action it and confirm.

Chrome extension users

The extension has no delete button. If you signed in from it, delete your account in the Android app or by email as above. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes what it stored on your device, but not the account.

What is deleted

• Your account, name and email address.
• Every reel event recorded against your account, including creator names.
• Every activity session derived from those events.
• Your sign-in credentials and linked Google identity.

Everything above is removed immediately and permanently, with no retention period. Nothing associated with your account is kept afterwards. On-device data, including any local crash log, is removed when you uninstall the app.
